Scott Griffin President |
Mr. Griffin began his career of investment property acquisition in 1974 by purchasing and renovating residential real estate. He has over the past 30 years served in many capacities within the industry. These include President of DACBOR (Detroit Area Commercial Board of Realtors), Chairman of The Board of Governors of the Michigan Association of Realtors Commercial District, and Trustee and Board Member of Genesis Financial Group (a Real Estate Investment Trust) Mr. Griffin formed Griffin Properties to capitalize on the significant opportunities available in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Griffin is a very active member of both his church and his community. Mr. Griffin serves as the president of both Griffin Properties and Griffin Restaurant Group, and is the guiding hand of both businesses. He serves on the board of the Council of Restaurant Real Estate Brokers (CIRB) and represents several National chains restaurant companies in Michigan and throughout the nation. |

Gordon Matthews
|
Gordon has been involved in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. After obtaining a degree in Hotel Management he worked for Southern Sun Hotels and The Vineyard Hotel Group in South Africa, he moved to the United States in 1992. After working for Marriott International and the Kimpton Restaurant Group he joined Griffin Restaurant Group in 2001. Gordon spearheaded Griffin Restaurant Group to its current position of market leader in restaurant brokerage in Michigan, and has successfully represented buyers and sellers of restaurants for the past 8 years. |

JT Maloney Restaurant Specialist

John Maloney (better known as J.T.) graduated from the General Motors Institute of Technology (now Kettering University) with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, majoring in Accounting and Management. J.T. has held many leadership assignments and served on many committees for the local Board of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce, Flint Rotary Club, Toastmasters International and the Community Chest. He served on the Board of Directors for the Flint Sales and Marketing Club, Flint Neighborhood Improvement Program, Genesee County Economic Development Commission, and the Michigan Association of Real Estate Exchangers. JT has the distinction of having sold the largest private parcel of land in the lower peninsula of Michigan. He has represented restaurant owners and chains since 1968, and currently concentrates on restaurants, bars and foodservice facilities throughout the Lower Peninsula |

Lincoln Aldridge Vice President |
Mr. Aldridge earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and he holds a Professional Engineering Certificate and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He served as president (1965 to 1975) of a Del Monte subsidiary which provided engineering, security and maintenance services for major office buildings on a national level. In 1975 he became Property Manager for Prudential Town Center, an office and retail complex containing more than 1,000,000 square feet. While Mr. Aldridge specializes in selling and leasing office and commercial properties for clients of Griffin Properties, his current responsibilities also include the management and leasing of assets acquired by the company. |

Jeff Crawford Restaurant Specialist |
Jeffrey Crawford is well versed in the business world; starting his entrepreneurial career over 28 years ago he has started several very successful businesses. Jeffrey started in the real estate industry in the early 1990’s, subsequently joining Griffin Properties in 2005. Jeffrey is well known across the state of Michigan for his experience in Restaurant Brokerage, Tenant and Landlord representation, buying and selling commercial and investment properties as well as his expertise in the valuation of real-estate and business assets. Mr. Crawford is currently working on receiving his CCIM designation. |

Sue Williamson Restaurant Specialist |
Sue Williamson has owned and operated her own commercial cleaning business, and worked with family in a restaurant supply business. She is also the inventor of the Dolly-Vac cleaning system, which she subsequently sold to Rubbermaid. Sue joined Griffin Restaurant Group in 2008 and specializes in site selection and property disposition for restaurants throughout the State of Michigan. Sue holds a Bachelor's in Turf Management from Michigan State University. |

John VanTol graduated from Calvin College with a degree in Business Administration. As an avid sailor, he pursued a career as a professional sailor after graduating. For two years, his team competed internationally and held a ranking as the #1 match racing team in the United States. John began his career in the real estate industry in 2007, joining a start-up company specializing in real estate auctions for bank-owned properties in Michigan. In 2009, he joined Griffin Restaurant Group as a Restaurant Specialist throughout the State of Michigan. |
